Joining the National Active and Retired Federal Employees Association (NARFE) empowers current and former federal employees, along with their spouses and survivors, to access a community dedicated to their unique needs.
If you’re drawing or will draw a federal annuity, or if you’re a surviving beneficiary of such, NARFE welcomes you.
Who Qualifies?
- Federal Employees: If you’re actively serving the U.S. government, NARFE is your platform for networking and resources.
- Federal Retirees: Transitioned from active service? Keep connected to your federal roots and benefits through NARFE.
- Spouses: Your partnership with a federal employee or retiree gives you a place in NARFE.
- Surviving Spouses: NARFE provides continued support and connection for those who have lost a federal employee or retiree.
- Former Federal Employees: Even after leaving federal service, NARFE’s doors remain open to you.
- Former Spouses Entitled to Survivor Benefits: Your entitlement to a survivor annuity means NARFE recognizes your role in the federal community.
